Resident stuck in elevator at Towne Centre

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and medical units responded to Town Center Boulevard in Annapolis for an apparent elevator malfunction with a resident trapped inside the elevator. Additional units were dispatched to separate calls for a fainting incident near State Circle and a vehicle collision on Telegraph Road near Route 32.
