Man throws glass bottle at car windshield

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded near East River Road in Anoka for a reported disturbance where a man in a tank top and shorts, described as under the influence, allegedly threw a glass bottle at a caller’s windshield while the caller waited in a black Pontiac Grand Prix.
