Faulty smoke detector triggers false alarm in Apex

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units and other responders were dispatched to a multi-story residential building near Ever After Lane for a reported hallway smoke detector activation. Crews investigated, reported no visible fire from the outside, and determined it was a faulty detector, so responding units were canceled.
