Person unresponsive after hard fall detected by Apple Watch

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received an automated Apple Watch alert reporting that someone may have taken a hard fall and was not responding near Parkerson Road by Blair Road in a dead end area. There was no answer when dispatch attempted to call back.
