Flashing traffic lights at Apollo Beach intersection

As discussed during the dispatch call, a deputy reported that the traffic lights at the Waterset Boulevard and Paseo Al Mar Boulevard intersection were flashing and that drivers were treating it as a four-way stop near Apollo Beach. County maintenance was reportedly notified.
