Unconscious man breathing abnormally at Dodge Ct residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a medical call near Dodge Court in Apopka for a man who was reported unconscious but still breathing on the floor inside a room. His breathing was described as not completely normal, and sheriff’s deputies were already on scene.
