Driving complaint on Highway 59 near County Road 6

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a driving complaint about a white pickup traveling north on Highway 59 near mile marker 262 and County Road 6, with speeds reportedly fluctuating. The reporting party turned off onto a county road and was no longer following the vehicle. A separate unit also mentioned a black car pulled over on westbound Interstate 94 waiting for a valid driver.
