Man overdoses and revives after using Narcan

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a reported overdose of a 27-year-old man near Drake Settlement Road in Appleton. He was initially described as unresponsive with unknown breathing, but was later reported conscious and breathing after apparently giving himself Narcan. EMS and law enforcement were dispatched due to concerns about intoxication and a disturbance with family members.
