Man damages security camera at Appleton gas station

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a gas station on South Oneida Street in Appleton for a report of a man who apparently broke a security camera outside. The caller reported the man may be under the influence and had arrived on foot, with no weapons seen. The business was open and officers contacted one person at the front of the store.
