Neighbor reported for loud banging noise

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a possible noise complaint at an apartment on Green Meadow Drive in Appleton, where a reporting party said an upstairs neighbor was intentionally pounding on the floor and requested to speak with an officer.
