Officer checks garage and bikes at Appleton home

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer conducted a possible suspicious activity check at a residence near West Harris Street in Appleton. The officer examined the garage and did not find the person they were looking for, but noted two bicycles, one purple and one blue, before moving to check the front door.
