Car hood flies off on Highway 41 near Ballard

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a motorist on southbound I-41 near Ballard Road whose hood came loose, broke the windshield, and flew off the car, possibly remaining in the roadway. The caller pulled over near a veterinary health building.
