Welfare check for woman not taking medication outdoors

As discussed during the dispatch call, a welfare check was conducted outside the Apple Club near West College Avenue in Appleton. The caller reported that their mother had not taken her medications, was outside, had been drinking a little, and was not expected to be cooperative. No weapons were reported. Units responded and arrived on scene.
