Reckless truck driving near Spring and Story

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers received a complaint about a white diesel truck with dual rear wheels and a black flatbed driving recklessly and doing burnouts near Spring Street and Story Street in Appleton. The vehicle was reported to have left a nearby market and was last seen heading south on Story Street from Spring Street.
