Officer assists driver changing tire on highway

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible motorist assist for a silver Nissan Altima changing a tire on southbound I-41 near Northland Avenue in Appleton. Dispatch attempted to have the reporting party provide the vehicle’s license plate number.
