Woman fights with person on Seymour Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a woman trying to get into a different vehicle and leave near West Seymour Street in Appleton. She was briefly reported to be fighting with another person on Seymour Street east of Wilkie Street, but the situation was later de-escalated with no active fighting. Additional units and equipment were requested to assist, and officers were cleared to approach using emergency response as needed.
