Suspicious person near park bathroom in Appleton

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to check a possible suspicious person at a city park near East Franklin Street in Appleton. The person was reportedly heading toward the pavilion area by the women’s restroom, which was locked, and may have been doing something inside or nearby.
