Resident assaults staff at retirement facility

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a retirement facility near North Meade Street in Appleton for a disturbance involving a combative resident who reportedly tried to climb out a window and punched several people in a back parking area near a church. No weapons were mentioned and no injuries were reported.
