Reckless vehicle reported on Highway 41 southbound

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a complaint about a possible reckless driver on southbound Highway 41 near Rush Road in the Appleton area. The vehicle, identified only by a partial number, was reportedly cutting other drivers off and weaving in and out of traffic before it was last seen continuing south on Highway 41.
