Motorcycle stop near College Avenue construction zone

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a traffic stop on a motorcycle near College Avenue and Badger Avenue in Appleton after a report that it had no license plates and apparently no headlight on. The motorcycle then slowed near the Lawrence University area by a construction zone, where a second unit responded with lights and siren.
