Suspicious van reported outside vacant residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a suspicious white van or SUV, possibly a Ford, near a residence on Fairway Court in Appleton. The reporting party believed the occupants might be casing the house because the owner is in a nursing home and similar activity was reported before. The vehicle, with a male and female inside, was later seen parked in a lot across the street and then reportedly left eastbound on Shaw.
