Phone stolen near Columbus Elementary

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a reported theft at/near Columbus Elementary on N Oneida St, where juveniles allegedly stole a phone and fled northbound on bicycles shortly before the call. Suspects were described by clothing colors (red, white shirt, green shirt, and possibly another in black).
