Woman disoriented and fighting near Seymour and Wilkie

As discussed during the dispatch call, a female subject near Seymour Street and Wilkie was reportedly trying to enter a different vehicle and then ran in flip-flops toward Memorial. She was involved in a fight on Seymour east of Wilkie but later appeared disoriented and was being stabilized. Units responded to the driveway near west Seymour Street.
