Juveniles reportedly hitting others with sticks at Lions Park

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible assault at Lions Park near S Matthias St, where juveniles were reportedly hitting others with sticks and trying to run them out near Dental Haven on/near Smith. An adult female with dark hair in a dress was reported encouraging the behavior. Subjects were last seen walking back toward the park westbound on Calumet.
