Person with epilepsy may be having seizure at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a welfare check at a residence near West Wisconsin Avenue after a reporting party said their mother, who has epilepsy and recently changed medications, had not been heard from overnight and might be having a seizure. Responders were advised that the doorbell does not work and the door is likely locked.
