Bicyclist riding into oncoming traffic on Glendale

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded near Mason Street and Glendale Avenue for reports of a bicyclist riding into oncoming traffic. The person was later reported near Birchwood and continuing westbound on Glendale Avenue.
