Female showing stroke symptoms at West Prospect Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units were sent to a residence near West Prospect Avenue in Grand Chute for a very confused adult woman, with a possible stroke reported by a caller who was not yet on scene. The aunt later arrived at the home, where she lives with the woman, and responders were advised to use the front door.
