As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical assist and lift assist call was dispatched near West Pine Street by Herbert and Douglas. The patient activated a pendant alarm reporting a fall without injuries. The call was later noted as non-emergent. Gold Cross Ambulance and Appleton Fire responded.
