Man unconscious behind wheel in dark car near SH 188

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reported a possible medical emergency involving a man who appeared passed out or asleep in a dark-colored passenger car on State Highway 136 just north of Highway 188 near Aransas Pass. The vehicle was described as having a New Mexico license plate.
