Car tailgating and weaving on I-5 near Arbuckle

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports a white Honda sedan on the interstate south of Arbuckle that is possibly tailgating other vehicles and weaving in and out of traffic. The vehicle was last seen several minutes before the radio call.
