Live power line down across roadway in Arcadia

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews and other responders are en route to an area near Southwest Water Street and Highway 17 for downed power lines, apparently caused by a delivery truck pulling on overhead cables. A live wire is reported hanging low across the roadway, still supported by another cable. The power company has been asked to respond to make the scene safe.
