Woman injured in altercation at Arcadia apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to an apartment on Carriage Lane in Arcadia for a reported assault on a woman with head, chest, and arm injuries. Law enforcement was already at the scene when the ambulance was requested.
