Verbal dispute at Windsor Court Apartments

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to an apparent verbal disturbance at an apartment complex on East Windsor Road. The reporting party said a man involved had left and returned to his own unit in the same building. Dispatch asked that someone meet officers at the entrance to let them in.
