Female trapped with arm stuck in vehicle door in Arkport

As discussed during the dispatch call, a 20-year-old female appears to have her arm stuck between the seat and door of a vehicle parked near State Route 36 by the village café in Arkport. Fire and ambulance responders are dispatched to the scene.
