Welfare check requested after suicidal message near Jane St

As discussed during the dispatch call, police requested to conduct a welfare check near Jane St after the caller reported her brother (name withheld), a 34-year-old man, sent a text saying he was leaving everything behind and she believes he may be trying to commit suicide. Caller was on scene waiting in an F-350 bucket truck and did not plan to enter.
