Phone line reported down near Leon Court

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units were sent to a possible utility line down near Leon Court in Arnett. It was determined that the cable company had already replaced one line and a phone line was still on the ground, but it did not require a fire department response. The earlier request for the fire department appears to have been based on an expectation they would return to finish the work.
