As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units were dispatched to a reported residential fire alarm near Chaucer Lane in Arnold, close to Briarwood Manor Drive and Chaucer Court. An alarm company later reported speaking with a keyholder by cell phone but said the proper password was not provided.
