As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received reports of a possible mental health crisis at a home on Doris Avenue, where a neighbor was reportedly screaming that he was going to kill someone, glass was heard breaking, and it sounded like a male and his son were punching through walls. Officers responded to check on the residents and noted prior concerns about the neighbor shooting BB guns in the backyard.
