Landlord reportedly ramming furniture with car

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported disturbance near South 2nd Street in Artesia involving a landlord allegedly yelling at someone and possibly running over furniture with a car in a brown Chevrolet. The reporting person stayed at a nearby front house.
