Reckless driving complaint involving black Chevy pickup

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a black Chevy Silverado driving recklessly westbound on Main Street near Seventh, nearly hitting the reporting party and a CDL training vehicle, before the truck turned north on 26th Street and was later located parked at a Walmart. The vehicle was reported to have a partial Texas license plate.
