Man reportedly tried to lure child near North 13th Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious man near North 13th Street who reportedly tried to get the reporting person’s daughter to go with him and then asked the reporting person for a ride to Jaycee Park. The reporting person advised it happened about 10 minutes prior to the call. Suspect description: black tank top, black-and-red shorts, bowl cut.
