Woman injured by horse with suspected pelvic fracture

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency services responded to a horse accident near Lower Powder River Road involving a 59-year-old female who was conscious and breathing with a suspected pelvic injury. Access was advised via Campbell County and Ivy Creek Road. Air medical and ground transport were requested.
