Child with unexplained head injury treated at hospital er

As discussed during the dispatch call, police responded to a hospital emergency room after Child Protective Services reported a child with an unexplained head injury possibly occurring near Montgomery Avenue. The child was being prepared for transfer to a different medical facility.
