Police stop vehicle reported swerving on I-93

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded on I-93 near Ashland after a caller reported a vehicle that had been swerving around mile marker 67.6 northbound. The vehicle was later located near mile marker 76.2 and an officer reported having it stopped.
