Child riding loud dirt bike through neighborhood

As discussed during the dispatch call, a reckless driving-style complaint was received about a very loud dirt bike (no license plate) being ridden through the neighborhood near Fourth Avenue West and Eighth Street West. It has been an ongoing issue and was last seen heading toward Sixth Street from that area.
