Person found unresponsive and not breathing on Central Ave N

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were dispatched to a possible medical emergency involving an unresponsive person near Central Avenue North in Ashley, North Dakota. The person was reported not breathing and cold to the touch, and staff on scene were unable to find a pulse.
