Unauthorized outdoor burn on Tomlin Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched for a possible unauthorized burn reported near Wheeler Road and Tomlin Road in the Atascosa area, with the location later updated to near (number withheld) Tomlin Road. Engine 10 and a first responder unit were also sent to a possible animal rescue near Waverly Avenue at Williams Avenue and Glenmore.
