Tree on power lines causes fire on Spartan Lane

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units were dispatched near Spartan Lane in Athens for a reported tree down on power lines with visible flames. Crews arrived to find a large dead pine tree leaning into the lines, partially blocking the roadway, and requested the power company and deputies to assist with traffic control while they placed cones.
