As discussed during the dispatch call, radio reports describe a possible intoxicated female driver at a gas station on Main Street in Atlanta, Kansas. The caller said she appeared unsteady on her feet, damaged a gas pump, then drove northbound out of town and nearly went into a ditch and oncoming traffic.

They're advising that female had come back into town and went to the gas pumps and broke one of the gas pumps.

And they were walking outside their car and it was very apparent that they were under the influence and not able to walk very well.
