85-year-old woman with shortness of breath at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, county EMS and fire units were dispatched to a residence near Covered Bridge Road in Attica for a reported medical emergency involving an elderly woman with shortness of breath and a history of congestive heart failure. Her oxygen level was reported to be about eighty-one percent.
